English Paper 2 May half term (2 hour)

Service Description

In the first hour of this session, pupils will focus on comprehension questions and how to answer them effectively. Each student will receive a helpful ‘cheat sheet’ covering key vocabulary, sentence starters, and recommended timings to succeed in the first section of the English exam. The second hour will be dedicated to reviewing model answers for Question 5, exploring a range of formats including a letter, newspaper article, leaflet, and essay. To consolidate their learning, pupils will be set a homework task linked to this section, designed to provide clear feedback and support their progress in preparation for the real exam.
